It’s within walking distance of Graff Dairy and Safeway and has newer appliances, a washer and dryer, furnished common areas, and a large backyard. No smoking or 4/20 No additional pets No couples or children Must be comfortable with my Yorkies when I’m in town Clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces Treat the house like your own — not just a place you rent a room I want everyone living there to feel comfortable and at home, and I’m looking for someone who will contribute to keeping it that way. The home currently has one female roommate, a recent CMU graduate who works at a local vineyard. She’s fun-loving, friendly, and enjoys having a comfortable place to call home. As for me, I currently work in Denver and am not at the house full-time. I generally come back to Grand Junction about once a month for work, or occasionally when my company needs me in town. When I’m there, I stay at the house and bring my two small Yorkies, so being comfortable with dogs is a must! Because I’m not there every day, I’m especially looking for someone who will treat the home like it’s their own—someone who takes pride in where they live, keeps shared spaces clean, respects the home and belongings, communicates when something comes up, and helps take care of the little things without needing to be asked. We’re open to a male or female roommate. A young professional, CMU student, or recent graduate looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to call home would be a great fit!
