Conveniently centrally located in aptly named Middletown, 5 mins from major shopping, downtown Middletown, several trails and both the local elementary and the high school. 20-25 mins from West/Hartford for Army Recruiting and the XL center for concerts and hockey games. 30-40 mins to the beaches of Hammonasset Park, Yale New Haven and Old Saybrook. Just under an hour to Naval base Norwich, Connecticut. 2-2.5 hours to either NYC, Albany or Boston and 45 mins to Springfield Massachusetts. Rent includes Electric (to previously determined usage limit overages must be paid by tenant), Trash, Xfinity Wi-Fi, ADT alarm system (just for alarm/emergency system). Renter must cover Water/Gas and maintain yard (mowing/watering) as well as renter's insurance. 3 pet limit, pets must be adult, fixed, house broken and non-restricted breed animals. NO exotic pets, aquariums, birds or reptiles. Some exceptions will be made for restricted breed dogs with references. 1 year lease with potential to extend. First month, plus deposit, last month can be spread out across 6 months or paid at time of initial deposit. 1 time pet deposit $100/pet, limit to 3 pets.
