This house has easy access to the best of Montgomery and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Guests will enter the house through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, expect to enjoy a cozy atmosphere in the open-concept living space. There is a welcoming living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed, a beautiful farm table, and a fully stocked kitchen with complete amenities for preparing any meal. Off the living room, you will see a little hallway on the right leading to a laundry area, a full bathroom, and the first two bedrooms, both of which have a sliding door going to the side deck. The main bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the backyard. Outside, there is a fully fenced yard, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill. Pets are welcome with a fee. This house is located in a quiet residential area of the Southern Eastern area in Montgomery! With easy access on major highways and interstates, you can conveniently go to grocery stores, shops, parks, and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes from Baptist Medical Center South. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxis are available, but driving is encouraged! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third party trash removal. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. [SI]
