Deep 2-car garage that is partitioned allowing each unit to have garage parking/storage and there are 2 additional dedicated parking spaces on the property! Great location on cherished Winthrop Ave within walking distance to so much that SoBro and Broad Ripple have to offer! In addition to the monthly rent, Tenant will pay an additional $29 each month for a Resident Benefits Package (please visit for more information).
