It is a remodeled unit with wood vinyl flooring and carpet in the bedroom, fresh paint, new blinds. Linda Kay is centrally located near Old Town Littleton which is a bustling and exciting area with lots of shops and restaurants, quality theatre performances, post office and light rail station. King Soopers and other shopping are a quick walk or drive away. C470 is a few miles down Broadway and you'll be on your way to our wonderful Rocky Mountains. The rent is $975 + $40 for water, sewer & trash = $1015. Move-in costs are $500 security deposit, $100 administration fee, and $8 Xcel transfer fee = $608. Apply on-line at rentmetrex.com.
