Mimosa Cabin is a quaint studio set-up with a queen size bed and gas fireplace. The screened in porch adds additional space and has a lovely porch swing to sip your coffee on. The cabin sits in Homeland Park which is a neighborhood built as a resort community of about 70 close by log cabins during the 1930s. It offers handcrafted log cabins and cottages each with unique and special characteristics still present, reminding visitors that this uncommon place is indeed one of Asheville's treasures. These cabins hold fast to their heritage of a time gone by yet are centrally located to everything you could need or want in Asheville. You will have everything you need for a month or six months. Just bring your toothbrush! Pets considered. 30 NIGHT MINIMUM. Lease Terms are flexible, from one month up to a year $2000 for April/ $2100 for May/$2200 for June Security deposit will depend on length of lease. If term is less than 90 days occupancy tax will be billed to guest along with a cleaning fee.

Cradled by I-240 and I-40, East Asheville sits just east of the Asheville Mall and contains the Asheville Municipal Golf Course, the WNC Nature Center, and the Folk Art Center.
