The lease's second month is pro-rated and due on the 1st day of the following month. Monthly rent can be paid online. The home has central heat/air, refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer hookups. The landlord provides for water (well), sewer (septic), and lawn cutting. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities, yard clean-up, garbage, pest control, etc. Tenants are required to set up garbage service with Waste Pro. PETS ARE WELCOME WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE PET SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ONLY $100 (COVERS ALL PETS) AND A MONTHLY RENT OF $10 PER PET. The first step is to complete an application.
