Each bedroom features a plush king-size bed, calming neutral tones, and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings. The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, soft hotel-quality towels, and everyday essentials for added convenience. The open living area is designed for both downtime and productivity, with a 60” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, and a Keurig coffee machine. Additional in-suite features include an in-suite washer and dryer, 3 Smart TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, high-speed Wi-Fi, hotel-quality linens and towels, a private outdoor patio with a barbecue, and an open-concept living and dining space. A Pack 'N Play Crib and a highchair are available for $40 each (one-time fee). A one-time refill for the barbecue propane tank is available for $55. The St. Clair 512 streetcar travels into the downtown core. For cyclists, bike lanes along Rogers and Davenport Roads make getting around easy. The Gardiner Expressway is also located south of this community. Nearby attractions include Wychwood Barns Market and Casa Loma. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. The unit is accessible via a staircase with steep stairs. Some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
