This is a beautiful rental with a minimum stay of 3 months,no pets. Not a typical getaway with quartz countertops,updated stainless appliances and open kitchen living and dining area. Your assigned parking space is just outside your front door. The main bedroom has an on-suite bath,the second bedroom and guest bath are updated and comfy. The open layout allows water views from the living and kitchen areas. Your living and dining area opens to the private covered lanai inviting you to relax and be memorized by the views of the Intracoastal! Watch for dolphins,birds and even an occasional manatee along the wide open waterway. Just outside your lanai is storage for kayaks! The community has a heated pool and laundry facilities all less than 5 minutes to Treasure Island beach,restaurants,and shopping.

Located on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, just west of Saint Petersburg, Treasure Island boasts nearly four miles of white sandy beaches and pristine waters. The tropical atmosphere that pervades Treasure Island defines the area, with palm tree-populated streets, colorful wall murals depicting beach life, and delectable seafood restaurants just steps from the water.
Treasure Island consists of three neighborhoods roughly bound by John’s Pass on the north side, Blind Pass on the south side, and the downtown area in the middle of the island. Downtown Treasure Island is a largely commercial district, containing a variety of local shops, restaurants, and convenience stores which sit across from hotel-lined beaches. The Treasure Island Beach Trail is also in the middle of the island, offering plenty of opportunities for walking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and bicycling.
