Your assigned parking space is just outside your front door. The main bedroom has an on-suite bath,the second bedroom and guest bath are updated and comfy. The open layout allows water views from the living and kitchen areas. Your living and dining area opens to the private covered lanai inviting you to relax and be memorized by the views of the Intracoastal! Watch for dolphins,birds and even an occasional manatee along the wide open waterway. Just outside your lanai is storage for kayaks! The community has a heated pool and laundry facilities all less than 5 minutes to Treasure Island beach,restaurants,and shopping.
