Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor dumpster. Check-in is contactless via a 4-digit access code. Check-out time is 10 am. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour of stay if approved by the host prior to booking. Guests must notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed. We do not child-proof any of our units. There may be chemicals in reach, outlets are not covered, dressers and stands are not mounted to the wall. It's the parents responsibility to child-proof anything that may cause harm to your child. Some properties are near large bodies of water, swamp, or areas where wild animals roam. While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Guests are to keep the property in the same condition throughout their stay.
