This property offers vaulted ceilings in the large open living space attached to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen includes tile countertops, tile floor, breakfast nook, refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave and pantry. The master suite has a walk-in closet, large stall shower and double sinks. Central air and heating. Indoor laundry room. 3 car garage. Fully fenced back yard and large covered back patio. Low maintenance landscaping and a shed in the backyard. Landlord will provide a gardener, at the landlord's expense, to mow and edge the lawn. Landlord will pay water, sewer and gardener. Tenant pays all other utilities. Pet Policy: May allow two dogs with additional pet deposit. Aggressive dogs or breeds prohibited by homeowners’ insurance policy will not be allowed. Absolutely no cats or other pets allowed. No smoking inside the home or garage. No derogatory credit in the past 24 months and proof of rent, or mortgage paid on time for the previous 12 months is required. Gross monthly income must equal or exceed two and a half times the monthly rent. Proof of income required. Showings of the property will only be scheduled upon receipt of a completed application. Applicants will be contacted to schedule a showing once the application is received and a pre-screening is completed. Non-refundable application/credit report fee of $34.00 per individual (unless married then a joint report is ordered for $34) is due at the time of application. All persons over the age of 18 must complete an application and are required sign the lease. $3,500 Deposit: $2,800 a month rent. Available Date January 22, 2022. The lease term is from 1 to 3 years at the tenant’s option. The landlord is willing to include three options to extend the lease for one additional year.
