This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with 2 living areas equipped with flat-screen TVs and cozy couches. Enjoy a game room with a pool table and air hockey table, a large fully stocked kitchen with indoor dining areas, and a private pool. Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort, you have exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. The Solterra Resort amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is a self-catering property, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee, subject to up to $150 security deposit. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to 2 cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
