Enjoy the game room with a pool table and air hockey table, and relax in the private pool area with a grill for outdoor dining. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway, and additional parking is available at the Clubhouse during the day. A pet fee applies for one house-trained dog, with a possible security deposit of up to $150. Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks and just minutes from Orlando’s shopping, dining, and attractions. Solterra Resort is ideally situated just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an Imax movie theater and more shopping options at Posner Park, only 7 minutes away. Enjoy world-class dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Smoking and drugs are prohibited on the property, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, and guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
