Be advised that NO DOGS are allowed and a minimum credit score of 600 is required as well as clean criminal and eviction history. There is a One (1) month Security Deposit to guarantee the unit. I will give you a signed one (1) year Lease Agreement as you give me a money order or cashier’s check for the security deposit, I am not cashing it till you are approved or I will return it to you if you are declined.
