Yard is being updated as well as there is a large outdoor shed on the property. Great location on a quiet street in one of the quietest and nicest neighborhoods in Portland with easy access to a friendly community of neighbors (regular block parties in the summer), transit (buses #10, #17), the Foster/Powell hub of shops and restaurants (Five and Dime, pizza options galore, etc), downtown Woodstock (New Seasons, Grand Central), and local parks (Mt. Scott Park, Mt. Tabor). Fully renovated Mount Scott Community Center just opened and Space Monkey is the best little coffee shop in Portland and only a 5 min walk from this property. Also, Reed College is on the bus line and only a 15 min bike ride away. Previous tenants were 4 Reed College students and they took great care of the home. I'm open to renting again to a group of mature College Students. Rental criteria includes completed TransUnion application verifying positive credit, job verification and included references will be contacted for confirmation. PROPERTY MUST BE SEEN IN PERSON before a rental agreement can be completed. Total household earnings must equal at least 2x monthly rent amount. College student will most likely need their parents to co-sign. If accepted tenant (s) shall provide one month rent + security deposit ($4,400). Most furnishings seen in photos can remain, or can be removed, as desired. Small/Med sized Dogs or Cats are okay per screening + $250 security deposit per animal, 2 animals max.
