The master bedroom has a king bed and a cedar lined walk-in closet. Another bedroom has a queen bed, and full closet, and a third bedroom has a queen bed and full closet. The spacious sun room has a desk, TV and pull out couch; it could be used as a fourth bedroom or office. There's a fireplace, plus a heating system throughout the home, and AC units - if needed - in three rooms. The home is available as a 6-month rental from mid-August 2024 through mid-February 2025. Rent is $2500 per month. I would not rule out something shorter than a 6-month lease but would prefer a 6-month rental during that time frame (minimum 30 days). Security deposit is $3800: first month rent ($2500) plus security deposit for about half a month of rent ($1500).
