A Large garden BOX is included - enjoy growing your own veggies this summer! - Storage -Shed is located in private back yard (freshly painted, including the floor). Metal door with lock and deadbolt. -Private Driveway, long enough for 2 vehicles -Car wash hose set up at driveway- available for washing your vehicle or etc... -Front entry porch near the front door, includes your own private bench. -Landscaping service will be provided for the front driveway/walk through area. Automatic sprinklers used for this area, and we will enter occasionally to adjust the sprinkler timer box (notice to enter will be given). Renter will be responsible for maintaining the private back yard. -Flood light - located in the driveway area and back yard area. -Nice and Peaceful Location: Located at the end of the street, which allows for a quiet private setting w/ minimal drive-by traffic. Next to the Bridge Street School back access. This location is an easy walking distance to Plumas Street, Bridge Street School, stores, restaurants and other downtown locations. -Application Requirements: The total verifiable income needs to be at least 3X the amount of the rent, a positive credit/background report, and a good rental history.
