The second floor features a master loft bedroom with a king bed and a master bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo, along with secret closets serving as a kid's bedroom with twin bunk beds and a playroom. The lower floor offers a second living room with a smart TV and dining area, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. Enjoy the hot tub on the deck outside. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic trails of Saint Edward Park are just a quick drive away, perfect for a walk with your four-legged friend. The house has stairs and is not handicap friendly, so guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. There is no AC on the lower floor bedrooms, but it usually doesn't get too hot and fans are provided. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work with a comfortable set-up, ensuring you can work efficiently from home. A laptop computer is not included.
