HORRIBLE! RUN DONT WALK

When you first pull up to these apartments in North Ridge, everything looks nice and clean. You think, Wow, this could be a great home and a nice area for me. But let me tell you — NO! First and foremost, the community center is small, the management is horrible, and the apartment I was supposed to lease was hazardous. There was dust all over the ceiling, the wiring didn’t work, the sink didn’t work, there were holes in the ceiling, and the carpet edging was exposed! I was told I would receive a refund for my application and administrative fees and even received emails confirming this because it was their negligence for offering me an apartment that wasn’t ready. It has been since April, and I still haven’t received my refund! This place is disgusting and unacceptable, and the people running it are incompetent. I hope nobody rents from this ridiculous apartment complex!

Look elsewhere.

Classless, tackless, and insufferable people live here. Marijuana fills up my apartment for the last three months and I am physically affected by it daily. Dogs park constantly all times a night. Parking is scarce. Package are often stolen and drug deals are happening in the park lot with no conscience.

Beautiful place to stay!!

I have absolutely loved living here!! I have been a resident for going on two years now! They have done amazing renovations since I’ve moved in. Very friendly staff too! Always willing to help and do amazing events for the residents! Best apartments in the area by far!

Great Community

I have been living at 550 Northridge for 5 months now and my experience at this community has been great thus far! The staff is amazing. The reviews you’re reading are more than likely fake. The walls are thin, neighbors are so loud & the staff acts like they can’t be bothered when you complain. Trash isn’t picked up when it’s suppose to. Some of the staff is very unprofessional and speak as if they are just hanging out & not at work. They act like you’re bothering them if you ask for assistance, but if you’re a loud and inconsiderate neighbor they will cater to you.

The best apt complex I have lived since moving to Atlanta Georgia 4 years ago. Also conveniently located to mid twn/down town and my job. Moreover, leading office staff always seems to be a deal breaker for me why I had never renewed a lease before. However, with Hudson it seems they pride themselves in making sure the telephone does not go unanswered or that emails are not responded to. Thank you.

Hudson Northridge is an excellent place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and they do a good job with keeping the community clean. The maintenance staff also answers maintenance requests in a timely manner. Ive put in a few requests and they were all answered and handled in 24 hours.

I've been living here for a month but I love this place. The initial touring and leasing process was very easy and the management was always available to answer any questions. They were also very accommodating with my requests. The apartment is spacious and clean with excellent appliances. I love living here and would recommend to anyone else!

I honestly wouldnt advise anybody to move here based off of the noise problem. If youre living on the top floor then youre good you wouldnt have to hear the people stomping above your head. But I mean you would have to hear your next door neighbors. When I tell you, you hear EVERY THING you will hear everything. No matter if someone lives above you or not. You will hear the next door neighbors as well. So be mindful of that.

Hudson Northridge is perhaps the best value you can get for your money without renting in buck head but getting an apartment that feels just as upscale.. great amenities, convenient access to 400 and just about 3 miles from north springs Marta which is very convenient to take the train if you work in the city which saves a lot of gas and makes it worth the value

We are newbies to the community. The community is nice and clean (the trash compacter has been cordoned off for a few days unknowingly). However, the grounds are unremarkable. Tracy was the person we met when deciding on this property. I must admit that she was exceptional. And although few ...when we called to ask her a question or two she has been extremely helpful and the ultimate professional. And Dickson, via maintenance, is nice and helpful. Needless to say.....We LOVE it here!

LOUD LOUD LOUD LOUD!

My wife and I have been living here for 3 months. We loved our apartments we lived in before in Brookhaven, but we needed a larger space. The interior of our apartment is nice, however our experience so far in the community hasn't been that great. Especially for the price we're paying. As other reviews have stated recently, The WALLS are paper thin. A family used to live above us and it was hell. They would walk normally and it sounded as if they were stomping. When there kids would run, it sounded like you were in a war zone. Its expected to hear something if you have someone living above you but the sound is not normal. Currently the unit above is vacant. We hear every time their is a showing. The heels stomping on the ground and the new "future" tenants talking. but that's not it. Every night before bed we can hear the couple next door to us having a conversation. Sometimes I can even hear certain words they are saying and they are talking at a normal tone. The worst part of it is I will wake up in the middle of the night and hear the neighbors SNORING. That's how thin the walls are. I wont be able to fall asleep as I hear the neighbors snoring as if they're laying next to me. Also, the pipes seem to have low or high pressure causing the pipes to rattle and toilets to make a "farting" type noise every time they are flushed. Anytime the toilets are flushed you will hear the noises. also anytime your neighbors flush you hear their toilets flush. Also, our neighbors below also loves to smoke Marijuana in their apartment constantly, so we will actually get home and our apartment will be filled with the smell of marijuana because of it flowing through the vents. To top it all off, rules don't seem to really be enforced here. We have a neighbor living below us that literally blasts their subwoofer from morning to night. We have called the onsite officer 3 times and front office numerous times. Absolutely nothing has been done. There is also a rule that two guests allowed at a time to the pool and pool closes at 10pm. People will be loud screaming at the pool sometimes until 12:30am. Nobody there to shut it down. The other day a family had almost 40 guests take over the pool area and grills and throw their own party from 4pm-11:00pm on a Sunday. I wouldn't care most of the time but half of these situation are during the work week and I can hear everything straight through the windows and walls as my apartment faces the pool.

I love coming home knowing that my community is safe, clean as possible, the staff is attentive to email and work order requests, and maintenance request will be fixed within 24 hrs every time so far. I love community events held by the staff as well as the consistent policy reinforcement via email and notices left on our doors!! I am very pleased living here and plan to renew in December if they keep up the great resident care they provide.

I love the hours of our office, very convenient. I love our gym it is so nice and stays clean and has great equipment. Also the paint on the walls and decor is amazing, looks very clean and nice. The valet trash is probably my favorite feature, makes it so nice. I love living here!

Inability to use common facilities after business hours as well as fire pits. Grills not working and area inaccessible at odd hours. No place to lock bikes, no ceiling fans in bedrooms, no access to water to wash car etc outside. Now no gas for grilling and pool not open year round anymore. Nice clean standard complex to live in not the luxury apartment complex I am used to
