Back yard is fenced and has a nice patio and grass area. Water and sewer are included in rent. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, TV/internet, and propane. Yard care is the tenant's responsibility. Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be prepared to pay a landscaper to take care of it for you. One cat or dog is possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and $25/month in pet rent. First and last month's rent and a $1,325 security deposit and $250 non-refundable cleaning fee are required upfront.
