Rent is $1,225/month. Monthly utility for this household is $65/month which includes all utilities except for electric. We are pet friendly and have on-site laundry. We charge $25/month pet rent per pet. We provide open parking and a seasonal pool. Deposit is $600 (extra $200 pet deposit if you have pets).
