Limited storage space is available. Water and sewage allotment is provided quarterly, with tenant paying any overage. Electric utilities, natural gas heat, internet, and cable TV are not included. No pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind are allowed in the apartment, the cellar, or the enclosed outside entryway. First month's rent ($1,600 - $1,700) and a security deposit ($1,600 - $1,700) must be paid at time of lease signing. Lease is 12 months. Tenant(s) must have a combined gross (before taxes) monthly income of at least $5,000 to be considered. Proof of renter’s insurance will be required beginning the first day of occupancy.
