The master en-suite includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dresser, a smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and a smart TV. A washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are also available. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and smart TV, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV, and bedroom 4 with a full-size bed with a twin trundle, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. The guest suite features a fully stocked kitchen with a small cooking set and drip coffee maker, a dining set for 4, a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a dresser, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with a washer/dryer. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has 3 active cameras present around the home: 1 at the front door with views of the exterior entrance, 1 facing the driveway, and 1 facing the pool area. Any attempt to remove, cover, or disconnect any of the cameras will result in immediate removal from the property. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
