More built in storage to the right of the fireplace, too! The all white cabinetry kitchen is the hub of the home and is open to a large breakfast bar adjacent to the family room. A garden window is the perfect place to grow orchids and violets and do a little bird watching. Between the dining room and kitchen a built in desk area that is tucked away behind wooden folding doors. Down the hallway and to the right, is the laundry room and back door entrance, with again, tons of built in storage (washer & dryer included) and a hand wash sink. Down the hall further and up two steps, three similar sized bedrooms with great closets and a huge bathroom with a double sink vanity. The home includes a two car covered carport with an enormous storage room for outdoor items such as pool toys and tools. The pebble stone walk way from the carport leads you to a larger than most concrete pool (pool care included) with a wooden deck overlooking a beautiful private back yard. Storage building at the back right of the lot and fruit trees are not a part of this rental, but you are welcome to enjoy a few each year. Sorry, absolutely no indoor smoking or vaping of any kind, and adult pet will be considered only on an individual basis, limit one.
