The dock is available for guests to tie up a boat (the lift is not available for guest use). The dock can fit up to a 50 ft boat. Ropes or equipment are not available for guest use. The water depth in the canal is 10 feet deep - swimming is not recommended due to canal width. One dog,weighing 30lbs or less,is welcome in this home for a fee of $150. Garage is not available.
