This is a multi-unit property, and quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am daily. Loud music is not permitted at any time, and guests are asked to be mindful and respectful of other guests. This apartment does not accept guests looking to host any parties, gatherings, filming, or photo shoots. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the apartment; any violations are subject to a cleaning and smoke remediation charge of $500 minimum fee or possible cancellation of the reservation without refund. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only, with proper etiquette required. No visitors are permitted on the property at any time; only registered guests are allowed without previous permission. Guests are required to be respectful of the home and treat everything with care. Violation of rules will result in the loss of your security deposit, additional charges, or even immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund in extreme cases. A late checkout fee of $100 will be charged if you stay past the posted checkout time, with each additional hour past the posted checkout time costing $100 per hour.
