PET-FRIENDLY & FURNISHED IN-TOWN MID-LENGTH Perfect for those relocating to the area, this Hendersonville executive rental is furnished and completely stocked for your comfort. Two, extra large owner bedrooms (one with king bed and queen futon), two full baths, one half bath. Chef's kitchen with dining area and island. Living room with unvented gas fireplace and built-ins. Totally updated in 2021, located inside Hendersonville city limits, walking distance to downtown. This rental is intended for shorter term leases of 4-12 months, and can be extended on a month-to-month basis thereafter. High speed internet and lawn care included in rent. Stackable washer & dryer available for use. Two garages available for smaller vehicles (no SUVs) with additional off street parking available. Storage space also available in unfinished basement area. RENT & UTILITIES: $2,500/mo includes lawn care. High-speed internet in place and billed to Tenants at $100/mo. All other utilities (water, sewer, elec and natural gas) are Tenants' responsibility. Non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, maximum two pets. Owner reserves the right to deny certain pets based on wear and impact on property. All service and support animals permitted by law, with appropriate paperwork provided. ALL TENANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE BEFORE MOVE-IN - additional fees may apply. First month and security deposit (1x monthly rent) required for move-in.
