The galley kitchen boasts a marble countertop, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, both standard and K-cup, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Located off the living area, guests will enter the master suite, featuring a king bed with a comfortable mattress, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and closet, along with an ensuite bath with shower. Guest bedroom one offers a queen bed, and guest bedroom two also offers a queen bed. A light and bright hallway bath with vanity and tub bath combo is located between these two guest bedrooms. Children love their own space set away from the family in the upstairs loft equipped with two sets of bunk beds and two trundle beds and a large screen TV. An additional full bath upstairs offers guests a tub shower and vanity. French doors lead to the expansive back porch with ample seating and a TV, making it an ideal place to relax. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. This is not a party property, and no events or parties are allowed. Check-in may require a photo ID, and the minimum age for making a reservation is 23. A $69 non-refundable fee for $1500 of damage protection coverage applies. The property allows for a maximum of three vehicle gate passes, and LSVs count as one pass. A smart lock is available for easy self-check-in.
