This mobile home lot is ready for your own place—hookups are all set up and waiting, you just need to bring the home. Rent is $450 per month, plus monthly utility fees that are paid directly to the management company and are in addition to rent. These utility fees cover two occupants and are $75/month for water, $35/month for sewer, and $20/month for trash. For each additional occupant beyond two — whether adult or child — an extra $25/month is added for water and an extra $10/month for sewer PER ADDITIONAL PERSON. SMOKING is not permitted at any of our properties. All tenants are required to maintain active RENTERS INSURANCE.
