All fees are subject to change and will be outlined in the lease agreement. Security Deposit: A cash security deposit range from one to one and a half month's rent is due prior to move-in. This home accepts Housing Choice Vouchers! Please ensure your Housing Voucher, RTA Packet, and Affordability Sheet (if applicable) is attached to your application as proof of income. Wedged between Big Walnut Park and the Outerbelt, Pine Hills provides both natural beauty and easy access to Downtown Columbus, just eight miles west. John Glenn Columbus International Airport is only six miles north, but you'd never know it in Pine Hills -- this tree-filled neighborhood provides a quiet oasis in the heart of the city. A variety of businesses are located just outside of Pine Hills, especially along I-70 and I-270. Head east on Livingston Avenue to discover shops and restaurants, including the Heritage Square Antique Mall.
Of course, having Big Walnut Park and Big Walnut Creek in your backyard is a great reason to move to an apartment in Pine Hills.
