About This Property

This is a detached studio room (private entrance) with an outdoor dining area on a private patio, boasting panoramic ocean views. The room inside has a double bed, a fold-out futon, a desk space, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. Please note that while there is no stovetop included in the unit, there is a hot plate for use. There is a washer and line dry available (NO dryer), as well as a coin laundry and dry cleaners located a short 5-minute drive away. Free street parking only. Wi-Fi, electricity, and water are included in the rent. The property is less than 1.5 miles from the beach, about 6 miles from the 405, and about 10 miles from LAX airport. Also close by are Riviera Village and Redondo Beach Pier. There are no pets or smoking permitted at this property. This room is available on a month-to-month basis with a 3-month stay minimum. Note that this room is an extension of a family residence where the owners live on-site, so we do have a preference for female tenants. If that is not the case, please feel free to inquire anyway. We also do preferably require a tour/meeting with potential tenants before accepting applications. If you are not based locally, please contact me for further steps.
