Many townhomes do not have garages and this one does! Hardwood floors throughout and upgraded appliances. No A/C. All new windows, doors and decks. The outside of the townhomes were recently painted and upgraded and look really nice. Please NO smoking of any kind is allowed. No pets please. Trash and recycling are included in the monthly rent.
