A free parking space is available at the property, and a parking pass will be provided. There is only one space for this unit. Parking passes and pool bracelets have to be picked up at the front desk to sign the pool waiver, as well as provide cell and car registration info. Upgraded internet is available. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the SkyWheel. You'll also find yourself close to boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as attractions like Fun Plaza Arcade and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors.
