Located just a 10-minute drive from Coulonge Chutes Park, this property is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding nature. Nearby attractions include Coulonge Chutes Park (5 min) with its waterfall, gorge, and hiking trails; the Cycloparc PPJ Trail (5 min) for biking or hiking; whitewater rafting (10-15 min); and beaches like Norway Bay and Fort William Beach. ZEC Pontiac offers fishing and wildlife viewing, while local farms and wineries are also accessible. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors.
