The oversized kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two cooktops, double sinks, a coffee maker, a Keurig, a fridge, a deep freezer, and a large island. Nestled in the Texas countryside, this home is ideal for a peaceful escape. It's located 18–22 minutes from Kyle Field and is a short drive from Texas A&M University and the George Bush Presidential Library. Nearby, you'll find Hullabaloo Diner and America’s Country Store. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $300 fee plus $25 per person. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras. Guests are not allowed to enter the stable property, and trespassing will result in a minimum fee of $1,000 plus the costs of any damages. Pets are not allowed at Rambling Ranch. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the trash bins provided under the carport, and failure to do so will result in a $20 charge. [SI]
