Singles or Couples welcome as long as have 1 car. Street parking not available, 2 cars will NOT work. Beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Other upgrades and washer-dryer. Utilities will be 1/3rd of the Bill and this share could run up to $125/month to $225/month in winter. Internet an extra $46.20/month. Snow removal is tenants' responsibility and to be shared equally between housemates. Includes salting, shoveling and/or using the snow-blower as needed. Last month's rent required upfront. Waived if clean credit and background for all occupants. Lease break during the term requires 30 days notice and incurs penalty (2 months rent) in addition to rents already paid.
