Home has a lot of storage and radiant floor heat. There are two ways to come in, you can park in front of the main house 528 A and follow the sidewalk around, or drive almost to the end of Bijou. Just before El Paso on the left is a driveway that leads to the alley. (Garage access is in the alley) Home is conveniently located downtown with easy access to I-25 and all that downtown has to offer. Flat utility fee of $175.00, tenant pays electric.
