This property is only available to local applicants. We're unable to accommodate those moving from 50 miles or more away. 2. No more than six (6) residents for this home. 3. We do accept animals up to two dogs (depending on the number of residents and breed restrictions based on insurance). Cats aren't allowed, and other animals are considered at the landlord's discretion. There is a one-time $35 fee and $35 per month, per animal.
