Leave your furniture, linens and dishes packed and make your next transition or extended trip easier.This 3 bed (+office) & 2.5 bath home, is on a very private, oversized lot, with a large fenced in, maintained yard.Upstairs you will find the primary suite with a king size bed, a private sitting area, walk in closet and a 5 piece bathroom. You will also find two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bedroom set, and the second has a twin bunk set.The property has a large patio area outside with a gas fire pit, that is yours to enjoy. Dogs are allowed with extra deposit. Landscaping and snow removal (ask for full details) are managed. While the two car garage is for your use, a suite is built over the garage, with a deck over looking the back of the property. This suite is rented separately as a short term rental. For more info visit someone that works in new home construction, I understand the challenges of the unknown. So whether you want a comfy home away from home for the season, or aren't sure when your new home will be completed, all I ask is for 45 days notice and two month minimum lease.Showing available starting this week.
