Barely survived a year
First of all, it’s a senior center, and we barely survived a year there. People rarely go out there, except to walk a dog or move a car. We lived in an apartment next to a bachelor. The guy in a bachelor didn’t have a stove and worked during the night. We could hear him using his bathroom, taking a shower, constantly using a microwave to cook, and doing his daily routines. Especially, when he had days off. The craziest part was him watching TV and laughing on his own. Imagine waking up at two in the morning from a sound of microwave or tv noise. No one really cares about maintaining the place. No one cleaned outside. Finally, we’ve been charge over $800 after moving out for repainting the entire apartment and cleaning carpets. C’mon! The amount was unreal and unfair. Landlady didn’t want to come and discuss how we are going to move out until it became too late, and we wouldn’t be able to fix much by ourselves. The entire experience leaving in that apartment was a disastrous. There are better apartments in the area. Stay away from this one!
