Property Id: 2334889 I’m renting out the basement of my home and looking for two people (ideally friends who know each other or a couple) to occupy the space. Target age range is 23-33. $1,250 plus utilities per person. A little about me: I’m 29, currently getting my MBA at the University of Denver, so I’m usually gone Monday-Thursday. Fridays through Sundays are mostly homework and some work. I’m clean, quiet, and pretty low-key. I also have a friendly golden retriever, so you’d need to be okay with a dog. Hobbies I’m into include skiing, golfing, working out, mountain biking, and road biking, so bonus points if we have some overlap there. Morrison may be a small town — just over two square miles — but it’s packed with character and exciting destinations. Situated at the bottom of winding Bear Creek Canyon, Morrison is perhaps most famous for the nearby natural outdoor concert venue, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. If you've already planned to see a show — and even if you haven't — stop in picturesque Morrison.
