NO FIRE & OPEN FLAMES: No fire pits or open flames allowed on the premises, with the exception of gas grills, which should be at least 10 feet from the property when in use. Residents need to be aware of city ordinances as they relate to Colorado Springs residents. It is important to keep up to date on if there are any Burn Restrictions or Burn Bans that are in effect. RENTER QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications to rent include the following minimum requirements: • Complete and submit an online application - $30 per applicant (Anyone 18 years old or older must complete and submit an application) • No bankruptcies • No evictions • No felony convictions • 680 credit score • Salary per applicant must be at least three times the amount of rent LEASE TERMS: • The initial lease is for 6 months, thereafter, should the tenants choose to remain on the property, pending lease renewal approval, they will have the option of a one year lease.
