Public transportation is readily available. Just a short 60 second walk to the bus line on 52nd ave. Also, only 1 mile from the Light Rail G Line! The G Line service travels 11 miles between Union Station and Wheat Ridge, passing through Northwest Denver, Adams County and Arvada. Quick access to I-70, Hwy 76, Hwy 36 and I-25. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, except water (property utilizes well water, UV filtration system in place). No smoking. Credit/background check, references, proof of income, 1st and last month's rent required. Tenant is responsible for the upkeep of the large yard. Background and credit check required with a $55 application fee per adult.
