FREE COUCH, COFFEE TABLE, MICROWAVE! I absolutely loved living here! Unfortunately, it is too far from my new job location. You will be signing a new lease with the management company, rather than the owner of the condo or me. And lease is conditioned upon approval of tenant by the association that governs the premise. The kitchen was renovated last year and new appliances were bought during the renovation. No other furniture other than what's mentioned above is included. Highlight features include all utilities included (excluding cable and internet), one covered parking garage spot, unlimited uncovered parking spots, gated access, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, free car wash station and so on. Arcade level has a grocery store, restaurant, hair salon, travel agency and so much more. More details below. Please email me if you are interested! All utilities included (electric, basic cable, heat, a/c, water, etc.). Phone, internet, and premium cable service will be tenant's responsibility.
