It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 518 at The Alexander (5th floor) is an exquisite and unique apartment consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED JANUARY 2018. Two separate balconies with views of the ocean to the east, Miami intracoastal to the west, and million dollar celebrity homes on the bay. Bedroom suite has private expanded bathroom meets ADA standards for wheelchair access and full walk in shower. Guest full bathroom including tub and shower, and 3rd full bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen, double bowl stainless sink, refrigerator freezer, oven, microwave, cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area seats 8 and 12 expanded, king size bed in bedroom one, 2 twins in bedroom two, a queen in bedroom three, and 2 twins in bedroom four. 1 rollaway bed available. Each room has HDTV\'s. Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 10 guests. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
