This charming getaway is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the peaceful spirit of the Pacific Northwest. * The Garden Gate features two Queen bedrooms. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, beautifully refreshed space with comfortable furnishings, soft linens, and everything you need for a restful stay. * Wake up to garden and mountain views, enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, and spend your evenings unwinding in a warm, inviting setting made for connection and calm. There are friendly horses across the street (petting OK at your own risk). * Located in between Sequim and Port Angeles. A short drive to shops, dining, parks and trails, The Garden Gate offers the ideal blend of privacy and convenience — a peaceful home base for exploring nature, tasting local flavors, and experiencing the best of our coastal community. * Because of the local livestock and next-door pets, this home must be pet free. Neighborhood Semi-rural, with houses on acreage. The owners are flower farmers. Close to the Strait of Juan de Fuca and its ocean breezes. Utilities, including Internet, are included except for charges over $150/mo for electric. No need to put it in your name! This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. This is a great retreat for small families or singles looking for a place to call "home" for a bit longer stay. Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit online, submitted the application and paid the fee. We do not allow viewings for our furnished rentals, but you can see more pictures here: We are looking for people with verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $12 per month. We require first month's rent and deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security and prepaid cleaning fee.
