It also includes a spacious living room with a pullout couch and a full mattress, a queen mattress in one of the bedrooms, and an onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually after reservation confirmation. Located on Whidbey Island, this tranquil retreat offers lush forests, quaint towns, and stunning beaches, making it ideal for nature lovers. Enjoy ample hiking, kayaking, and scenic views in Greenbank, a quiet rural community in South Whidbey, home to the 522-acre Whidbey Island Greenbank Farm. The best way to explore Whidbey Island is by car. Cellphone signal can be spotty, so enabling Wi-Fi calling and texting is recommended if your carrier allows. This pet-friendly home requests that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and owners should bring poop bags and clean up after their pets. The property strictly prohibits parties and events, maintains quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and does not allow smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. No digital piracy or shoes in the home is allowed, with a $500 fine per violation.
