The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, a blender, and a toaster. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea with a Keurig machine and traditional drip coffee. For your comfort, there is central air conditioning and heat, fresh towels, bathroom essentials, and on-site coin laundry. It's also home to several new restaurants and bars, making it a great place to visit or live in Austin. Downtown is 10 minutes away, The Domain is 15 minutes away, UT Austin is 9 minutes away, and 38th St. Medical Centers are 6 minutes away. Renting a car is recommended to access Austin’s attractions. This community and its buildings were built in the 1990s and might exhibit signs of interior and exterior wear, outdated aesthetics, awkward floor plan layouts, and other quirks and features common in older properties. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets must be disclosed on the reservation and approved in advance. No cats. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property. Guests who stay beyond their designated check-out time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.
