Two bedrooms, with the Master Bedroom measuring 18x15 feet with a large double closet. The smaller bedroom is approximately 134 square feet, great for a queen size bed or office area. The apartment uses all LED lighting for added energy efficiency, as well as rechargeable, motion activated lighting in cupboards, cabinets, closets and over the counter areas in the kitchen. This residence has its own private entrance and utility area with washer and dryer included, with additional storage (secured and unsecured), separate from the 900 square feet of the dwelling, just outside of the apartment on the same floor.
