Renter's insurance is required with $100k personal possessions coverage and $300k liability coverage. All utilities must be transferred into the approved tenant's name and verified 24 hours prior to move-in. Pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, $50 monthly pet rent per pet, and completed pet screening.
