The monthly rent is $995 per month. Monthly fee for Water/Sewer/Trash services is included in rent. Our basic rental requirements are; No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit lowest minimum credit score of 570+ is required.
